Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of hikmon.net and the services Hikmon provides. By booking a call, paying, or using our services, you agree to them.
What we do
Hikmon provides a done-for-you marketing service for home-service businesses — the Demand Capture Engine: a conversion-optimized website plus Google Business Profile optimization, designed to help your business rank and capture local demand.
Pricing & billing
- $1,997 to get started, which includes your first 3 months of service.
- After the first 3 months, the plan continues at $397 every 4 weeks until cancelled. You can cancel anytime after the included period.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize the one-time start charge and the recurring charges that follow.
The 30-day guarantee
We aim to rank your business in the top 3 of Google Maps for your agreed primary local search within 30 days. If we don't, every month after day 30 is free until you do, and you keep your website and dashboard during that period. The guarantee depends on you completing the items under "Your responsibilities" promptly; the 30-day clock pauses if required access or approvals are outstanding.
Your responsibilities
- Grant and maintain the access we need (e.g. your Google Business Profile).
- Provide accurate business information and timely approvals.
- Comply with Google's and other platforms' policies.
Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges and ends access to the website, hosting, dashboard, and ongoing optimization we provide as part of the service. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Ownership
You own your content (your name, logo, photos, and business information). The website, templates, systems, and optimizations we build and operate are provided as part of your active subscription. Custom assets and arrangements, if any, are described in your individual agreement.
Disclaimers
Except for the specific guarantee described above, our services are provided "as is." Search rankings depend on factors outside our control (including Google's algorithms and your market), and we don't guarantee specific revenue or call volume.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hikmon's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
