This policy explains what information Hikmon ("we," "us") collects when you use hikmon.net, book a call, or become a client, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- You give us directly: your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, current website, and anything you tell us when you book a strategy call or sign up as a client.
- Payment information: when you pay, your card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Service delivery information: for clients, we collect what we need to build and rank your site — e.g. logo, photos, services, and access you grant to your Google Business Profile.
- Automatically: basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and understand usage.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your strategy call, and to follow up about it.
- To deliver our services (building your website, optimizing your Google Business Profile, routing your leads).
- To process payments and send receipts, confirmations, and service updates.
- To improve the site and respond to your questions.
Service providers we share with
We share only what's necessary with trusted providers that help us operate. We do not sell your personal information.
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email (confirmations, receipts)
- Turso — secure storage of your booking details
- Airtable — client records management
- Cloudinary — storing brand assets you provide (logos, photos)
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google — Business Profile services we manage on your behalf
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.
Your choices
- Ask us what data we hold about you, or request a correction or deletion.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
